Feedback and Accountability Mechanism
(FAM)
The Feedback and Accountability Mechanism (FAM) allows community members, authorities, or partner organizations to report concerns or inappropriate behavior by CARE staff, or to share other feedback about CARE's work.
If you notice project activities or staff behavior that seem inappropriate, this could include:
Issues related to project implementation, impact, or results — including praise or requests for information.
Theft, fraud involving money or property, or conflicts of interest.
Harassment, or physical, sexual, or emotional discrimination — or failure to properly handle any such cases, including those involving children.
The identity of anyone who reports will be kept strictly confidential, and you will not lose access to any benefits provided by CARE's projects.
